Getting Started

Welcome to SMTP Zen

Learn how to set up SMTP Zen domains, DNS records, mailboxes, forwarding, webmail and delivery logs, then securely send and receive your first test messages.

Welcome aboard! SMTP Zen keeps your email sending stack calm by bundling domain hosting, mailbox management and deliverability tooling inside one dashboard. These guides walk you through every screen you see after signing in so you can move from purchase to first sent message in minutes.

What you can do today

  • Host domains and keep their DNS records in sync with what SMTP Zen expects
  • Create, edit, suspend or delete full-featured mailboxes with quota controls and webmail access
  • Route copies of messages through forwarders, catch-all rules, spam filtering and IMAP migrations
  • Monitor storage, bandwidth and delivery results without touching a server prompt

What to have on hand

  • Access to your domain registrar or DNS host so you can publish MX, SPF, DKIM and other records
  • Any existing mailbox credentials if you plan to migrate messages with IMAP Sync
  • The people or apps that need inboxes so you can create their addresses during setup
